Reiki is a gentle, non invasive Japanese energy healing practice that supports stress reduction, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal, with the practitioner acting as a conduit to guide universal life force energy and restore balance throughout the body.

As an Usui Reiki Master, I act as a conduit to guide universal life force energy and restore balance throughout the body. During a reiki session, I intuitively incorporate tools like crystals and sound healing to help clear energetic blocks and release negative energy, creating space for a deeper healing experience.
